Terms of Service

The terms and conditions for using CameraControls.

Last updated: 2026-09-12

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CameraControls, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

CameraControls lets you upload a still image, define a camera trajectory with keyframes (azimuth, elevation, distance), and generate a camera-movement video using third-party AI models. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Credits and Payments

  • Generations are paid for with credits. The cost of each render — based on duration and resolution — is shown before you confirm.
  • Credits are issued through monthly subscriptions. Unused monthly credits roll over for one billing cycle, each subscription retains its current and prior billing-cycle allowance.
  • Failed generations are refunded automatically: if a render fails, the credits reserved for it return to your balance without any action on your part.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Creem, or PayPal. Prices are listed in USD unless shown otherwise. Beyond automatic refunds for failed generations, subscription refunds are handled case by case — contact us before initiating a chargeback.
  • You may not exploit bugs, abuse the refund mechanism, or resell access to your account.

Your Content and License

  • You retain all rights to the images you upload. You represent that you own or have the rights to use them.
  • Every paid render includes a commercial license: you may use the videos you generate for commercial purposes, including advertising, product pages, and client work.
  • You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to deceive (for example, non-consensual likenesses).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, likeness, or other rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape/reverse-engineer the service.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, including circumventing credit, rate-limit, or quota mechanisms.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — its software, design, keyframe editor, and branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or code.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time; remaining credit balances on a voluntarily closed account are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. AI-generated output may contain artifacts; we do not warrant that any render meets a particular purpose.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email.
