Introduction

CameraControls ("we", "the service") is an AI camera-movement video generator: you upload a still image, plot camera keyframes, and receive a rendered video. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information — Your email address, display name, and sign-in identity (for example, your Google account) when you register.
2. Uploaded Content — The still images you upload and the camera trajectories, prompts, and parameters you configure, plus the videos generated from them.
3. Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, generation counts, and credit transactions, used to operate and improve the service.
4. Payment Information — Billing details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Creem, PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only order records: amount, currency, status, and the credits granted.
5. Cookies — Session and preference cookies required for sign-in and locale settings.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service: process your uploads, run generation tasks, maintain your video library and credit balance.
• Process payments and credit top-ups, and send order confirmations.
• Send transactional email (receipts, generation-ready notices, security alerts) via our email provider.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and credit-system manipulation.

Third-Party Processors

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• fal.ai — our AI processing provider. Your uploaded image, camera trajectory, and prompt parameters are transmitted to fal.ai to render your video.
• Stripe, Creem, PayPal — payment processing. Their own privacy policies govern the billing data they collect.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded images or generated videos to advertise to others.

Data Retention and Your Rights

Your uploaded images and generated videos stay in your library until you delete them or close your account. You may access, export, or delete your personal data through your account settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your content and personal information, except order records we must keep for accounting and legal purposes.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage for administrative credentials. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email.
